Field Visit - For those who missed

We are organizing a field visit to IFS again on 16-May-2008.

Among those who missed the previous visits, those who like to join this visit, please come to IFS, 501 Galle Road Colombo 6, on 16-May-2008 (Friday) at 3:30pm.
You should bring your University Identity Card.
Please do not bring bags.

Kindly note, there will be no more field visits organized to IFS for this batch of MIS Students.

Printing the Presentation Slides Available in Blog

You can easily print the presentation slides available in the blog. These are the steps you need to follow.

1. Select the link which the presentation slide published.
2. Then you will move to a new window with a mini presentation (small size presentation). Also you could see a link named "View published presentation in a new window". Select that link.
3. The you will see the complete presentation and within that window (Right hand lower corner) you will see a link named "Print Slides". Select that link.
4. Then you get the printing dialog. There you can remove the background image if you think it is too dark to print. Otherwise you could print the entire slide with the background. Also you can decide how many slides you need to print on a single sheet using the "Layout" selection box.
5. Also note, if you need the presentation in PDF format, you can see in the print preview dialog a button named "Save as PDF". From that option you can save or open the file in .PDF format.

Field Visit for those who missed

We are planning to have one more field visit arranged for those who missed the earlier field visits.

Those who are interested please contact your batch mate Chathurika who will collect the names of the participants. Discuss with her and come up with suitable dates for the visit. The suitable dates should be a weekdays. Based on your available days let me try to arrange a field visit to IFS.
