Project Presentation Schedule

The presentation schedule attached here. Make sure that you will be present on time. As you can see there will be a tight schedule for this. In a case that we cannot complete any individual presentation within 20min we will have a problem. Team leaders must make sure that the presentation will be finished within the given time period.

On Saturday there will be a presentation for who cannot participate on week days. If there are any such team who is having problems in participating on 14th and 15th as the attached schedule, then they can inform me. I can arrange to have it on Saturday(The starting time on Saturday not yet known. Once I know it I will update the post). Also keep in mind, in an event that we could not finish any planned sessions on 14th and 15th (Due to presentations more than 20min) I have to move the non finished planned sessions on the same day to Saturday. Please be prepare for such occurrences.

Team leaders must make sure to come with relevant presentation (such as .ppt or any other applicable format). The projector will be provided. Since the presentation will be run on a common PC, team leaders must make sure the diskettes or pen drives are free from viruses.

There will be no more room for Saturday sessions. We have moved several presentations to Saturday. As you can see on the current schedule there are empty slots on presentation. If you wish to have your session early than planned utilizing these empty slots please come and meet me in PCR.

Information Systems in Enterprises - MIS in Action (Practicals)

This section includes the some on-hand exercises in Information Systems in Enterprises. Please perform it as a group project. And publish your assignment as a group on the blog. Not as an individual.
1. Mis In Action - Practicals
2. Sample Data Sheet

The teams have been attached here. Teams.

I assume there should be more teams. I can see from the attendence sheet there are lots of missing names on the groups.

All teams must follow the below guideline

  1. All teams should prepare a MS power point presentation(.ppt) over their analysis on the assignment.
  2. This presentation should include all assumptions you made. You can decide any assumption what ever suits to the requirement.
  3. In any case you feel that you do not have enough information on the assignment itself, then go ahead with the assignment with a suitable assumption.
  4. All finished presentation should be published on the blog.
  5. It is ideal if cross groups can give comments on others assignments and post them on the blog. This will improve your ability on commenting on an assignment and also will give you a chance to see what others did on their assignment. Then you can improve your assignment based on others experience.
  6. All assignments should be published on this blog before 10th of March 2008.
